Through organizing international trade exhibitions and fairs we contribute to the success of the Hungarian firms, products and services on the foreign markets. Widespread foreign relations, flexible servicing of up-to date information and precise administration are the secret of the Without Frontiers Office's success and acknowledgement. Due to our successful contribution our partners' appearance on exhibitions has low expenses with the utilization of subsidies. We provide support and administration to winning competitions of the European Union and consultation for procedures of the accounts with the authorities.

SERVICES FOR OUR EXHIBITORS
Organization of trade fairs
Cooperation with well developed connections everywhere in Europe, emphasizing the Eastern region; accurate and precise administration; providing up-to-date and authentic information; exhibition area reservation.
Designing, building and equipping exhibition stands
Optional designing, execution, equipping and operation of the exhibition stands serving all the purposes and the demands of the exhibitor.
Administration of subsidies, drafting of competition, tender, lobby
Subsidies are available for supporting the Hungarian comapnies' participation on trade exhbitions, fairs in which we help in drafting of competitions and in administrating towards the authorities in procedures of accounts. Deadline of subsidies: 30 days before the exhibition. Ask for application forms from our office.
Interpreter, translator and hostess mediator service
Employing of qualified, experienced, neat interpreters, translators, hostesses and hosts to carry on negotiations; ask for our assistance in eliminating the obstacles of languages during negotiations.
Arrangement of travelling, air ticket, booking of accommodation
Organization of individuals and groups with the assistance of wide external relations; booking of air tickets and accommodations with favourable prices in the wished country at the nearest hotel to the exhibition area.
Advertising your company abroad, searching for partner companies, manpower recruitment
Forwarding your handouts, newsletterrs, leaflets, brochures by post or e-mail to up-to date trade fair data bases, exploring potentional foreign business partners, establishing relations; Mediation of well-qualified manpower and experts speaking any languages and meeting your requirements.
Arrangement of business meetings and symposiums
Organization of business meetings independently or as a joint-programme of trade fairs with the invitation of foreign and Hungarian state or non-governmental organisations, institutes and the media to help to strengthen trade relations among different countries. Chance for further free vocational training through the realization of trainings and symposiums, and the arrangement of supported programmes.
Transportation, shipping, custom clearance
We assure the most advantageous charges for the transportation, loading and exhibition of the goods, machines and installation. The collection of the transportation documents of exhibition goods, machines and installation; and custom clearance according to the laws of the given country.
Graphic designing, execution, printing services
Designing and execution of exhibition installation, frieze inscription, folding screen serve as a photo background according to expectations; producing of flyers, prospects, magazines, books and other publication.
